Hello and welcome! I personally place a strong emphasis on honesty and genuine connections as key components in building meaningful, and long lasting relationships. I am here to support you on your journey to transform your life and achieving your goals.
My name is Jessica Domingo I was raised in New York City, and moved to Central Florida in 2002. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2014, and my Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio Texas in 2016.
In my down time, depending on my mood and energy levels, I like to go to the beach, listening to audiobooks while gardening, relaxing while playing video games, or watching a good movie. I enjoy road trips and spending time in nature, think Bilbo Baggins when he said “I want to see mountains again, Gandalf, mountains, and then find somewhere where I can rest." When I am feeling more social I enjoy a night out with friends for dinner or a relaxing day spend with friends at the pool.
I have found my passion in helping people with anxiety, depression and trauma for a few reasons:
- A family history of Anxiety, Depression, and trauma responses.
- A family history of generational trauma that I am determined to end as I see the effects on my family members creating a drive to help bring peace to my family by creating an environment of love, support, understanding, and a loving nudge of motivation when needed.
- A childhood involving Domestic Violence and Substance Abuse from my father and extended family resulting in understanding the need to go no "No Contact" with certain people.
